Do you build both websites and apps?
Yes. Websites explain, market or sell. Web apps let people log in, save information or complete a workflow. If you are unsure which one you need, describe the outcome you want and we will recommend the right format.
How much does a website cost?
Our starter website is CA$1,000: up to 5 pages, a contact or quote form, mobile-friendly design, GEO-ready setup for Google and AI search, and launch on your domain within 10 business days of receiving your content. Bigger sites get a written fixed quote. No deposit is requested until you approve the scope.
What is not included in the CA$1,000 website?
Extra pages (CA$150 each), online stores or payments, booking systems, customer logins, logo design, professional photography, advertising and your domain registration (usually about CA$20 a year). We quote any of these in writing before starting.
What is the ten-day app pilot?
A tightly scoped first application: one workflow, up to two user roles and three to five core screens, for CA$2,500. The ten business days begin after the scope, content and required access are approved.
How do payments work?
50% after you approve the written scope, 50% after the agreed functionality passes the written acceptance test. You can pay by PayPal, credit or debit card through PayPal, or Interac e-Transfer. We never collect or store your card number.
Does every project use AI?
No. We use AI during our build process and can add AI-powered features to your product, but only when they improve the outcome. A straightforward website should stay straightforward.
What does GEO-ready mean?
We structure service pages, headings, FAQs, metadata and, where appropriate, structured data so search engines and AI assistants can understand what you do, where you work and how customers can take action. It is included in new website and redesign scopes. It is not a promise of rankings or AI citations.
Do I own what you build?
Your domain and your content are always yours. Unless the written scope says otherwise, the agreed project source code is transferred to you after final payment.
Can you work with my existing site or tools?
Usually, yes. Tell us what you use today in your brief and we will plan around it. We check access before promising any integration.
