Who we are
TenDay Apps is an Ontario sole proprietorship owned by Alejandro Duran. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through tendayapps.com or provided while discussing and delivering a project.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, website address, project requirements, budget range, preferred timing and the messages or files you choose to provide. Our hosting and security providers may also process basic technical information such as request logs needed to operate and protect the website.
How we use it
We use this information to assess your inquiry, communicate with you, prepare a proposal or scope, deliver an approved project, administer payments and support, prevent misuse and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We use service providers for website hosting, data storage, email and payment processing. They receive only the information needed to provide their service and handle it under their own privacy and security terms. Card details are entered on PayPal's secure checkout and are not collected or stored by TenDay Apps.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry and project information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including business, legal and accounting records. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
