About these terms
TenDay Apps is an Ontario sole proprietorship owned by Alejandro Duran (BIN 1001756649). These website terms apply to inquiries and general use of tendayapps.com. Each paid project is also governed by its own written scope or proposal. If there is a conflict, the signed or approved project document controls for that project.
Project approval
Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract or payment obligation. Before paid work begins, the parties must approve a written scope describing the deliverables, responsibilities, price, timing, exclusions and acceptance test. TenDay Apps may decline work that cannot be delivered safely, lawfully or within the proposed scope.
Payments
Unless the written scope says otherwise, 50% is due after scope approval and before work begins, and the remaining 50% is due after the agreed acceptance test passes. Payments may be collected through a secure PayPal link or Interac e-Transfer. Taxes are charged only when legally required. Refund and cancellation terms, including work already completed or costs already incurred, are stated in the applicable project scope.
Timing and client responsibilities
Delivery estimates begin only after the required scope, content, examples, business rules, access and deposit are received. Delayed feedback or missing materials may change the delivery date. Requests that add a new outcome, role, integration, data source or materially different screen may require a separate quote and timeline.
Ownership and third-party services
You retain ownership of content and materials you provide and confirm that you have the right to use them. Project-specific ownership and licensing terms appear in the written scope. Unless that scope says otherwise, agreed project source is transferred after final payment; pre-existing tools, reusable components and third-party software keep their existing ownership and licence terms. Domains, paid APIs, platforms and transaction fees are client costs unless stated otherwise.
Testing, fixes and changes
Completion is measured against the written acceptance test. The standard app pilot includes 30 days of correction for reproducible defects in the agreed functionality. New features, changed business rules, third-party platform changes and ordinary content updates are not defects and may be quoted separately.
Reasonable limitations
We do not promise uninterrupted third-party services, error-free AI output or results such as revenue, rankings or conversion rates. Clients remain responsible for reviewing business decisions, regulated content and AI-assisted output. To the extent permitted by law, liability for a project is limited as described in its written scope and does not include indirect or consequential losses.
